Eligibility for This Service

Be a DSPS student at Sacramento City College taking at least one in-person class.

Request DSPS Shuttle Service

1. Meet the eligibility criteria above.
2. Submit a Request for Accommodation Letter each semester.
3. Submit the DSPS Shuttle Services Request Form for each class/event at least two business days in advance.

Shuttle Service Rules

• Priority is given to transportation for classes over events.
• Students must be at the designated pickup location and time.
• Notify DSPS immediately if unable to meet for pickup. Missing three scheduled pickups may result in suspension of services.
• If a class/event is canceled or dismissed early (by at least 30 minutes), contact DSPS for alternative arrangements.
• Follow all safety guidelines provided by the driver.
• Shuttle services may be delayed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., mechanical issues, driver unavailability).
• Be courteous and respectful to the driver, recognizing their focus on safety.
• Shuttle driver's schedule allows for a 5-minute grace period before departing to next destination.
