Disability Services and Programs for Students (DSPS) provides students with disabilities the appropriate resources and reasonable accommodations they need to participate fully in college classes and campus activities.
Attention Los Rios Students: Each DSPS office will ask you to complete a DSPS program application. This will be the process until the district delivers a common DSPS application system for all four colleges. Thank you for your patience.

- After meeting with a DSPS counselor, students should be confident and know how to request accommodation letters.
- After working with a DSPS counselor, students should know what accommodations they have and understand how to access them.
- Students who utilize DSPS services should be confident in self-advocating and feel confident that they can rely on DSPS counselors' advocacy. We are all interdependent.
- After working on an ISEP with a DSPS counselor, students should have a basic understanding of college roadmaps and know they can get information from the DSPS counselor.
- After working with a DSPS counselor, students should be able to navigate the website for resources and feel confident that they can come to DSPS counselors for resources that are available to them and learn how to gain access to those resources.
- Students in DSPS should feel welcomed, included, and encouraged to complete their educational goals. Students should feel seen and heard.

DSPS Proctored Testing Center
As a DSPS student, you have access to the proctored testing center, where you can take exams and quizzes in a secure environment using any testing accommodations you may need.
Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services
We are committed to providing you quality interpreting and captioning services. Together, we will create equal access to the materials and information you need to be successful in the classroom and as part of the Panther community.
