Steps to Receive Services
- Apply to the college: Get Started and Apply
- Apply to DSPS
- DSPS will call to schedule an appointment to complete the Intake Process.
- Register for classes: Enroll in Classes
- Turn in a Request for Accommodations and Letters (this step should be done a month before classes start):
Request Accommodation Letters - The Accommodation Letters will be sent to the professors and you by email.
- Follow up with the DSPS office once the semester begins if services are not established for in-classroom services such as notetakers, lab assistance, and/or a scribe.
