Food insecurity can significantly affect students' academic performance and emotional well-being.
The Panther Cares Center is committed to addressing this critical issue by ensuring enrolled students have access to nutritious food supporting their physical and mental health. In addition to providing healthy food options, the center offers a nutritional education series focused on healthy recipes and guidance on applying for CalFresh benefits. These resources are designed to alleviate the financial burden of rising grocery costs, empowering students to succeed in and out of the classroom.
