Muslim Student Association (MSA)
The MSA club’s vision is to promote unity, cohesiveness, and peace among Muslims and Non-Muslims at Sacramento City College by conducting events, promoting awareness and knowledge of Islam.
The MSA cordially welcomes everyone who is interested in meeting and connecting with other Muslim students on campus from different backgrounds and cultures.
Club purpose: The purpose of the Muslim Student Association is to provide a safe space, supportive, and a voice for Muslim students attending Sacramento city college. The Muslim student association aims to help preserve the sense of community, provide and advocate for accommodations, and provide support tools such as prayer mats, prayer space, hold prayer groups, community dinners and other fun and community building events as well as provide materials such as translated versions of traditional Islamic literatures for students seeking to learn more about Islam. We seek to make the college experience for Muslim students a fun, great, and memorable one.
