Sacramento City College Fencing Club (SCCFC)

Purpose: To bring fencing to college students by meeting them half way. We would like to establish practice and demonstrations on campus. We would also like to participate in tournaments. The end goal is that everyone get enough training so that they can teach others and continue the club after the founders are gone, extending the life of the club and the greater HEMA community. We would like to foster an appreciation for history and historical martial arts as we introduce the modern adaptations we will use. We wish to encourage personal growth in an honorably competitive environment.
