Job description for the Secretary office of the Clubs and Events Board.

  • Shall take and maintain the minutes of the Clubs & Events Board, and have ready for distribution no later than forty-eight hours after the Clubs & Events Board meeting.  This includes posting on to Board Docs.
  • Shall be responsible for creating and maintaining a Clubs & Events Board archive, which shall contain all documents with an index of the Clubs & Events Board.
  • Shall post the minutes of all Clubs & Events Board standing committees: Finance, Combined Public Relations/Technology (when chaired by a Clubs & Events member), and others as assigned.
  • Shall track the club representative attendance to the Clubs & Events Board meetings.  Shall contact absent representatives.  Shall report at the board meetings on the absent members and ask the board for action.  All clubs must send a representative to be chartered.
