Special Admit Form for Dual Enrollment
If you haven't yet applied to a Los Rios college and obtained a Los Rios Student ID, review the Dual Enrollment admission steps to learn how.
Complete the Special Admit Form for Dual Enrollment to request special admission (dual enrollment) to enroll in college courses while you are enrolled in high school or an adult education program in pursuit of your high school diploma.
You will need the following to complete the form:
- The name, email address, and phone number of your parent or guardian (unless you are an adult school student).
- The name, email address, and phone number of your school official.
