Paying for college can feel overwhelming, but there are many opportunities available to help students fund their education. This workshop will introduce scholarships, fellowships, and other financial resources available to undocumented students. Participants will learn how to search for opportunities, effectively complete scholarship applications, write compelling essays, and better understand alternative financial aid options.
Attendees will:
- Discover scholarships, fellowships, and other funding opportunities for college.
- Learn tips and strategies for finding and applying for scholarships.
- Gain confidence in writing strong scholarship essays and personal statements.
- Better understand alternatives to AB540 and CADAA if they’re not eligible.
