You've sent the applications. You've followed up. You're doing everything right — and still nothing. If the job search has you feeling stuck, burned out, or like something is wrong with you, this workshop is for you.
Hear directly from students who have been exactly where you are. Our peer panel will share honest stories about what the job search was really like — the self-doubt, the silence, the setbacks — and how they kept going. No polished success stories. Just real talk from real people.
Student Health & Wellness will walk you through practical strategies for managing stress and building resilience during the search, and the Career Center will connect you with tools and resources to move forward. You'll leave with something you can actually use.
Open to all Los Rios students. Hosted by the Career Center and the Student Health & Wellness Office at Cosumnes River College.
