This interactive workshop is designed to help participants move beyond basic job searches and take a deeper, more strategic approach to career exploration. Through guided research, real-world data, and hands-on activities, attendees learn how to evaluate different career paths, understand industry trends, and identify the skills, education, and experiences needed to succeed in today's workforce.
Participants will actively explore careers of interest by analyzing job descriptions, comparing roles, and examining factors such as salary expectations, growth opportunities, and workplace environments. The workshop also emphasizes self-reflection, helping individuals assess how their strengths, values, and interests align with potential career options.
In addition, attendees will learn practical tools for conducting career research, including how to use reliable sources, interpret labor market information, and gain insights from professionals in the field.
By the end of the session, each participant will leave with greater clarity, increased confidence, and a personalized, actionable plan outlining their next steps—whether that involves further education, skill development, or career exploration.
